Customer service is appalling. Wanted to buy containers. Were priced different to what scanning. Lady so rude acknowleding 30+ containers were priced wrong and they were now removing wrong price stickers thanks to me but attitude was simply too bad if I didn't like scanned price, Take it or leave it. Well I left it. Extremely disappointed as overall I like the store.

Purchased $200 worth of balloons for my mums birthday as I couldn’t be there due to Victorian restrictions. Unfortunately not all balloons were delivered - tried to call to rectify but they had already left for the day. No worries, sent an email asking to be refunded for the balloons we didn’t receive - didn’t bother to respond.Small mistake would not have bothered me but the lack of customer service is disappointing.Otherwise balloons were nice and delivered on time.

Amazing job done by the team. Was able to accomodate my last minute delivery on a Sunday. Efficient delivery to the venue and also helped me to arrange all the pieces together when I wasn't there at the venue. Definitely the team to trust with excellent eye on styling. We all love this shop. Plenty of bargains. Great place to get art supplies, party supplies and general bric-a-brac. Girls makeup and accessories. Last minute gift ideas can also be found. Has always been one of our favourite go to stores. Staff are very courteous and friendly.Happy to assist with questions about available stock.

Interesting discount variety store with a wide assortment of products including USA imported chocolate and soft drinks. They have a large party supply section if you need cheap decorations and party themed plates/cups/balloons.
