Not a very good experience sadly, which is a shame as I have had excellent service from JB Hi-Fi in the past at both the Castle Hill and Maitland store. But the lass that served me seemed to be distracted by flirting with her co-worker. And then asked me to pay for an extra chord for a gadget for a microphoe, where the chord that came with it was not secure and just kept falling out. No mention of replacing the item or giving me a credit...though I guess I should have just asked for one now I think about.Thsnk goodness the lass on the desk where I had to pay (as I was using my Amex) was super nice and helpful and so made up for the other lady's lack or focus and customer care.

Bought Gaming Chair and monitor from them. The monitor did not have as fast enough refresh rate when I used it so I went back to the store to return it, hoping for a refund despite already having used the monitor. The staff there were extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. They offered me a gift card in place of the refund which is acceptable. Lovely customer service!

I love this jbhifi. Bought a tv from here and they did me a great deal a few months ago and today I went in for a new laptop. Staff member named Will helped me and he was an absolute genius. He helped me buy the perfect laptop. I'd highly recommend speaking to him about gaming, laptops, tech etc. Jbhifi also need to give him a pay rise 5 stars.

I think i'm not alone when i say it's really hard to get half decent customer service these days as far as the 'younger generation' are concerned, but i was pleasantly surprised when i walked into to the JB HiFi store in Moore park on Monday afternoon and i was greeted by a young man named Will. What i thought would be an arduous task was absolutely no sweat for Will. He went above and beyond in handling my request, and not only that, he was pleasant, he new exactly what to do, he accomplished it rather swiftly and he did it all with a smile on his face! To say i was impressed with his efforts would be an understatement!! I must sayi couldn't help noticing the staff around him who where also of the 'younger generation' and how they also expertly dealt with other customers questions and requests in a very jovial manner. From my experiences over the last decade or so, what i witnessed that afternoon is a rare occurrence in this day and age hence the review. You're more likely to encounter uninterested staff who seem to be in a world of their own waiting for you to greet them, completely oblivious to all that surrounds them. I'd say JB HIFI training policies would have something to do with it but it's really the individual and their personality that shine! Will, keep up the outstanding work, please carry on enjoying working with your colleagues and most of all try and lead by your excellent examples! JB. thanks for employing such great staff and making my in-store experience alot more than the five star rating Google restricted me to.....SUPER STUFF!!!

Dear store management, you should invest in some training for your staff or walk them out the door. I walked in to a deserted store at 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon to at least 4 staff casually having a chat amongst themselves about if they would marry Elon Musk. I waited around the air purifiers eyeing any available staff for some assistance, after 5 minutes I approached someone for some help, I was assured someone would be over soon, not too sure why she couldn’t help as I just wanted to purchase the item. After a further 5 minutes I just left frustrated. If customer service is not your priority why operate a brick and mortar store? I could just go online and buy the same identical product without leaving the comfort of my home

I purchased a 50inch TV for my 70yr old mother. John was soo patient with us, answered our many many questions. He didn't have what we wanted in stock but find a better product at a very similar price. He also sold me a Macbook Air.I was very happy with my purchases, John made my mother and I feel like valued customers.Also the guys in the loading dock were very helpful and attentive when picking up my items.

I wasn't expecting to buy a TV when I visited, but the sales assistant was helpful and answered all my questions anyway. JB HIFI has great prices and the staff aren't ever pushy like at other stores. I ended up buying the TV.

Big fan of this store - Great service with attentive staff and a “no pressure” approach to sales.Lauren and Romeo were great to deal with - they’re both highly knowledgeable about their products and were happy to invest the time in explaining the specifications, benefits and the available options. We were kept well informed throughout each stage of the process (purchase, delivery, installation etc.).Highly recommended.
