I wanted get laminate flooring for my living and kitchen so I apporoached Floor world in hoppers crossing. I’m super glad I chose Floor world. Right from the customer representative-inspection-quote-locking dates-getting the job done. Everything went extremely well. They are very professional and the quality of the flooring is just amazing. Marie & the team were amazing from when stepped into the shop, the customer service is amazing they worked around us. Marie looked after us in price helped us all the way though the process of choosing floor boards to getting them installed, no questions / emails went unanswered. The Floor boards look amazing they completed our house in day even the guys that installed were very helpful, don't go anywhere else you wont be disappoint.

The team at Hoppers Crossing provided us top quality service from the moment we walked in to guiding us with how to handle our builder. We had our entire house laid with laminate and the quality of the worksmanship was great. Anthony really knew how to lay out the different shades of the wooden floors and we are more than happy with the finish.After our house had some water damage, the team were exceptional in being vigilant and reasonable as to where the affected areas are and what needs to be replaced. Anthony provided us with photos of the laser readings that we could prove to our builder of a fault and the process from here was smooth. Marie was extra considerate during this process and assisted in helping us with working with our builders.I would highly recommend anyone to see Marie in store and speak to her about your flooring needs.

We had all new flooring installed throughout our new home from Floorworld in Hoppers Crossing. Hybrid flooring and wool carpets in the bedrooms. From the initial stage of the quote, Ben was great to deal with. He gave us plenty of options and suggestions and was excellent to deal with. Jack and his crew were amazing with the installation of the floorboards. They removed all skirting boards and refitted, which was a huge task in our period home. The results are amazing. And the beautiful wool carpets are absolutely wonderful too.I would highly recommend them to anyone. The quality of their workmanship is amazing. I will definitely be using them again for future projects

Not happy with service from Floorworld. We have organised hybrid floorboard supply and installation through floorworld (Hopperscrossing) in our brand new home in 2020. Floorboard has lifetime warranty and installation was 12 month.Issue started with floorboard joints within 2 month . I have been following up with floorworld from last 2 year to get it fix however they are giving me runaround and passing ball to person who sold store to someone else and that person not contactable.They have sent person for inspection who confirmed its product and installation failure.I have sent complaint to floorworld head office and waiting for response from them. They are keep saying that person who was owns the franchise already sold and gone and they are not dealing with supplier of the board that installed.We went to floorworld thinking its big company and if anything will happen with product they will help us. How the hell consumer knows about this type of complex structure they have created to take hands off from the problem. Its misleading and fraud.They are selling through floorworld name but when fault happened they are saying person is not working for them so we can't help. Ridiculous !We have organize this work through floorworld so we want floorworld to take responsibility and offer us resolution.

From the store to the tradies installing our new floorboards, we were blown away with the amazing customer service that we received from Floor World Hoppers Crossing! The team were extremely supportive throughout the whole process and completed the job to a wonderful standard. We couldn’t be happy! We highly recommend Hoppers Crossing Floorworld!

Okay first the good stuff.The previous owners stuffed up the quote for the whole house but the new owners covered the cost.Now the bad.The Concrete who levelled the floor mixed the concrete inside the house which left concrete dust all over the house, he said would be okay in 4 hours, we got into the house 14 hours later, he also splattered wet concrete on the walls and doors which were just painted.The Tile layers cut the tiles inside the house, left bits of tile stuck on the walls and ceiling as well as the rest of the house.We got a scratch on the tiles and was told it would be a minimum of $400 to replace the tiles using the 5 spare boxes of tiles we had left over. but if we got someone else it would negate the warranty.

Ben provided a very good quote to deliver and lay approx 80m2 of quick step /Clix laminate flooring (recycled hardwood) to replace old worn laminate with an ugly red tinge. The quality of the work of the two installers was very high, with close attention to match the scotia and to cut away old laminate which we were unable to remove ourselves, leaving us extremely happy with the end result. A massive difference from the old flooring.

Dealing with Floorworld (both its franchised store and head office) was a nightmare and fraudulent. I paid them $7000 for installing the new laminate flooring provided by their supplier and installed by their Hopper Crossing store, but ended up with SERIOUS floor expansion issue and many other installation defects due to their poorly skilled team. WATCH OUT, all the paper warranty they promised to their customers could be just a BLANK cheque based on my terrible experience after wasting 1.5 years dealing with various of their staff with the hope that someone could be responsible to get those reported floor issues fixed within the warranty.I naively thought their management team including their headquarters would have done something for me because the floor issues occurred only 2 months after initial installation back in mid 2021, and the floor product is still under 10-15 year warranty plus 18 months installation warranty; On the contrary, they eventually choose to run away from their responsiblity, kicking their customer like a ball between head office and current/previous store owner. Just because the previous store owner claimed to be bankrupt with his business, under the same branding of Hopper Crossing Floorworld even the same salesman, they are not willing to either fix the issues or financially compensate my loss because none of them really put their customers first. Their so-called warranty is a total rubbish, if the store ownership changed under the same franchise, existing customers wont get protected. It happened to me so could happen to you!Given the above of my true experience, it's strongly recommended to stay away from this company and every store under its franchise because the root company is poorly managed - Throughout the whole process, I didn't get the slightest sense that they cared about their reputation in the industry.
