Excellent community centre. Everyone is super helpful and nice!

My daughter and i just finished the intro to beauty course!Wow what can I say , Angie is an amazing teacher with a wealth of Knowledge.Best thing I've ever done for myself, it was so much fun but we also learned so much. Would recommend for anyone who wants to explore a career to someone who just want to pamper themselves well worth the cost. Thanks Angie.

This a great community centre with friendly staff.Reception staff are always helpful and the teachers/ instructors don't judge or rush and are always willing to help.If you have read this stop wasting your time and sign up.

The staff here are so kind and understanding I would definitely recommend Melton south community centre for food assistance on Fridays

On Friday there $3 food parcels to people that have a healthcare card. This is not to bad at all if you haven't got much food and some nice people there for help.

I did intro to beauty here, it's wonderful experience. Angie is fantastic teacher. She have solution of every problem.

Our Local community learning centre, we completed our first aid cert on a Saturday morning, it was hassle free.we are always flat out with garage door repairs it is hard to find time to complete extra essential certificates to help us in our line of work. Thanks guys

I drove my elderly neighbor to Friday food bank. Waiting was/is too long. The food was smashed in to plastic bag.There were more than 6 or more persons to assist with the food bank. But - too much talking and too much waiting.In Australia- in our - community center tax paid built - we have chairs for people to sit down to be served with respect and dignity. Not to wait like a third world country.I felt - the volunteers at this place need to be trained to be polite, and paying attention to people and respect their privacy.Shouting names - shouting like a Shepherd- calling sheep is unacceptable. Interaction was not private.Intake was too long - making so much back and fort questions to input information into iPad. Then start over and over.I would suggest to this food bank the following;1- arrange for chairs for people to sit and wait for their turn.2- do not shout numbers and name.3- treat people with respect and care - with low tune of voice. Do not ask personal questions.4- respect the food items.Do not just mix everything together and smash fruits and vegetables and hand over.5- More volunteer to help distribute food and slash the waiting time.6- sit people in chairs inside - most people had physical issues. Treat all with dignity, care, and understanding their privacy and cultures.7- ask for more volunteers to help in food bank with dignified food presentations and packaging. We are a civilised nation.8- lastly - do not make people to wait in cold or rain and wait. We have a hall or room in the building. Accommodate ourCommunity by sitting then down with dignity and respect.Thank you for your service.
