Matt was absolutely great. Immediately responded and also reassured it would all be up to McGrath Bond Clean standard. We had to hand over the keys by 4:30pm and he made sure the clean was well and truly done by then.He underquoted by mistake but still didn’t charge us extra, even though the job was bigger than expected.Still completing the job to very high standards.Highly recommend this business.

I’ve unfortunately required the services of cleaners for end of lease service 9 times now. Matthew was the best by far. Absolutely incredible from booking to completion. Poor thing ended up cleaning a large 4 bedroom home on his own, with no complaints. A bit rough around the edges! I ended up at tribunal over it. Doesn't care once you have paid. Sent me a photo of the dirtiest cupboard and said that my home was in bad condition overall before he cleaned it, although I already had a reference from the landlord it was kept in excellent condition. Needs more attention to detail. You pay a premium price for an average job.

Matt was very responsive and helpful. He did a great job cleaning our home before we moved in. We were happy with his work.

From the beginning, Matt was easy to deal with - he came back to me promptly with the end of lease quote I requested and even though it was quite short notice, he found a way to fit my desired cleaning time into his busy schedule.He had excellent knowledge of what rental agencies require for a thorough and professional bond clean, and was very clear about what was included in his quote and how long the job would take.The job was completed in a timely and professional manner and at the final property inspection it was clear that everything had been cleaned very thoroughly and to the required standard.I have engaged many cleaning companies to do bond cleans over the years and Craven Cleaning was by far the best, on all counts.
