Presented to book provisional driving test for D after trying booking online repeatedly as receiving ‘no available bookings’ no matter what date or time was entered.Served in Kingaroy office by the rudest woman I think I have ever encountered.

Very upset went in to renew my license and they were shut and gone home at 2:30 sign on the door clearly said open till 4 but the shop was empty

I presented this morning to lodge application for Photo ID card. I received some of the best customer service I have ever encountered in my life (72 years). Lady was just so polite, understanding and professional. Cannot see her name on receipts I hold....but....as I faced the service counter, she was on far right. Customer reference number....20017244. Would not dare try to guess her age! Brown hair.

Poor at best this branch is a joke the opening hours are convenient if you are unemployed or retired or want to take time of work . Not only that i tried to pay a fine over the net and what do know the site is unavailable. Typical government inefficiency.

If only it was possible to give this place a 0 star rating because that is what it deserves. Staff can be rude, unhelpful and have little knowledge of what they should know. Everytime I've been forced to use this service there has been a line out the door and only one of the three counters open with the rest of the staff in the back room socialising. A great example of tax dollars at work.

Kate from the Kingaroy branch was exceptionally helpful and patient when organising a licence history, including providing assistance to liaise with overseas transport departments. She was also extremely polite in all communication both in person and via email.

So convenient how these guys are open until 4pm. Not!! How is any normal working person supposed to go there???
