We came to you with short notice for a party to feed 45 guests we thank you so much for doing it you were very polite ww really enjoyed your service the cake you made was perfect and very moist and we just absolutely loved it my son really loved his cake thank you so much we really appreciate it.

Very sad service...The lady owner of this Franchise advised she cant do rewards on a Saturday..I have been having this coffee for over 6 years now,and not a single franchise has ever told me I cant claim my rewards on a Saturday..anyway the lady gave me one coffee ..which was luke warm when i had asked for extra hot..it was like she was doing me a favour...Very sad service...she wants to make quick money over nite...by the looks of it.But clearly lacks customer service...Reported back to headoffice...

The worst cake shop ever!!! They forgot to make a cake on my daughter’s birthday. What a disappointment!! My daughter chose a cake, I paid for it and the next day I went to collect it and they hadn’t made it!! Can you imagine how I felt? I had a birthday party in two hours with 30 guests waiting to have that cake and the guy there all he did was laugh about it.

You may be located near Coles, but I doubt very much that this long, keyword-stuffed name is your actual business name. Plus it makes you look sillly.

I have been going to this place for 2 years.Yesterday I orered a cake for a birthday on Sat 7th Aug.Today around 5p.m I sent them email to cancel the order because of snap lock dow in Melbourne and they declined to refund me.When we are not allowed to have a birth day party for my son due to goverment decision ,What stopping you from refunding the money. Very unfair

Extremely poor ethics. Unreliable and completely irresponsible. Not just the staff but the manager there is proud of their obnoxious and irresponsible behavior. Seems the rest of the reviews are paid or the management changed recently. Not a good experience and never again.In response to the owner.The staff there had informed me otherwise. They said it is fine to pick up bit later, it is fine to put in that message and The cake was already made. please do not lie here as you will always be caught!!

It’s straight ahead from the Commonwealth Bank inside Fountain Gate. I was craving a roast beef sandwich, and they sell sandwiches here, so I bought one. It had chutney, cheese, and lettuce, and I enjoyed it.
