Deanside Village Estate

I visited with a couple moving into a display home that is selling. I found the staff friendly, caring and approachable, not pushy to sell. Lovely display homes, although be prepared to live minimally if moving from a family home. Personally I dislike the location being in the middle of 2 major busy roads, with dirt and long weeds from surrounding new estates being built or open farm land. Stage 1 looks great. Although unsure how the community facilities will operate once other stages are completed. Another concern is access to joint facilities if a Covid case occurs? When deep cleaning will be done, access will be temporarily closed. Be willing to use common facilities to utilise your monthly ongoing cost to get bang for your buck. Exit fees are high if selling up, so know what to expect later on. Otherwise a new facility with lovely people moving in that I met on one of the Wednesday day trips I got to experience.

A Bit expensive compared to nearby states.developers are realy big money mind people's but i bet worthy to buy.nice location.with good customer experience

******DO NOT BUY IN THIS ESTATE****** YOU WILL SUFFER.Very Bad, Worst Developer and Agent combination. ****DO NOT BUY*** The valuations will come short and you will struggle. The Developer is Very much Money Minded and doesn't support clients. Same goes with estate agents as well. They are not willing to support is valuation shortfalls are there. Infact Agent told me that there are many like this however Developer isn't willing to Budge and pushing the clients to settle or loose money. Think about you being a FIRST HOME BUYER and you need to loose your hard earned money for these money minded Developers. I have 4 other people details who have had Valuation shortfalls of upto $34000 and the developer is so adamant that he feels we are playing a game and isn't willing to support.The government is doing so much for people and such Money minded Developers are grabbing innocent FIRST HOME BUYERS MONEY..

To Be quiet honest and up front. I've purchase quite a few blocks in the last 5 years in various estates. Buying my block in Deanside Village has been the best experience so far. Unlike the timing with blocks titling has been pretty much on time. My previous blocks titled 2 years after the expected date which made things very stressful and complicated. The sales team and Deanside have been very helpful when I signed a contract for my block. Even now if I need any help or info, the team at Deanside are still very helpful..Thanks again to the team at Deanside Village.

I want a block of land in Deanside because my grand children will live there. So I urgently want a block of land inside the village subject to my house being sold by 31 of December.

Good location, very close to fwy but in the coming releases block size going shorter.

Good experience..but here u can't change ur mind after purchase putting 5percent deposit only a grave reason is under consideration.but already Hopkins Rd is ready to go.Good sales people with welcoming attitude.,good price too .
