Got advised to go to this place and to be honest wished we hadn’t been told to go!!The person that served my wife was disinterested to say the least in the electronic issue! The best advice before even looking at the issue properly was go do a search on the internet! Not knowing we had already taken the time to do this and the reason we drove to the store to get help or should we say zero help! We then went back into the store and showed him the device again and it was like we don’t have that cable can’t help!!Not being funny but Sony is a global electronic brand and all we needed was a power cable! Which supposedly this shop can help with but not this person!! Even IF you didn’t even have the cable could you have seen if you could have got it from your supplier and ordered it for us! Nope not this very unhelpful non customer focused individual that didn’t have a care in the world! Thanks for wasting our time and providing such poor customer service!If your after an electronic solution don’t bother visiting this Jaycar store in Joondalup as you will get zero interest and the solution will be search the internet!! Waste of space and time!! Great work Mr Jaycar customer service person you are the first impression of the business and not a great one!!

Love this store! Friendly staff and always has exactly what I need! Staff are always there to help and perfect for getting bits and pieces for projects! Definitely going again!Blake is super friendly!

Always receive great service when I visit a Jaycar store, this time at Joondalup. I wanted a Brass Monkey car fridge which needed to fit behind the seats in my space cab ute. Staff member Sam answered all my questions professionally, even made three trips out to the ute in the car park to make sure I chose the right size with plenty of space for air flow around the fridge.I could have bought the fridge online, driving 40 minutes to get this kind of service is worth the trip.

Overall very good, clean and well kept store. Only had 1 connector so far that they didn't have on stock. Downfalls are some variability in the quality of in house products and attentiveness/knowledge of some staff. I was very impressed by one staff member in particular who is extremely positive and helpful when it came to 3D printing filaments.

Friendly and helpful; professional folk. Wanted a door viewer and while the one I wanted was discontinued (web-site was unclear so I rang ahead) the folk at the store itself were clarity itself. Store layout is bright, clean and neat and well organised especially compared to the dusty Victorian stores I am used to.Recommended.

Staff refuse to answer a simple What isle will I find XYZ in" whilst waiting for the customers they are dealing with. They have time to respond with 'I'm serving this customer at the moment' but not to say '5'. Really just comes down to lack of knowledge and honesty."

First and last time I shop in the Joondalup store. Very arrogant young man behind the counter, handed me my receipt like he couldn’t give a rats. I will continue with Altronics in Joondalup in future!
