I always thought this place was a supplements shop like ASN or Nutrition Warehouse but it's not. Has everything health related plus things like on- tap kombucha and pre-packaged healthy meals. Sarah is super helpful & knowledgeable. Great place.

Absolutely love this store! They always have the BEST sales (I got $70 worth of healthy choc and superfood powders for$20 the other day!) Best health food store on the peninsula, they seriously have everything... thanks guys!!

Sarah was so helpful and spent the time to ask about why I wanted information, how I was feeling and what my busy lifestyle looked like. Emilie was so knowledgeable and explained in detail which protein and carnitine supplement I go use. Their prices were also very good one item I purchased was priced at $79.95 at a fitness supplement but I bought the exact same item for $59.46 with a 15% discount for it being the last Thursday in the month !!! Will definitely go back again

I generally avoid supplement stores, but FitHealth Nutrition is different to the others. The staff are knowledgeable about supplements, but it is the family health products that I find really useful. I have bought a number of drink bottles and bento boxes... they are wonderful quality and are perfect for my needs.
