I have visited Australia post Gungahlin hoping that I will not get this lady to serve me and unfortunately she was the one I have got again. There is a lady probably with nose pin on Tuesday worst of service u can expect.It is the second time I have faced her the service is so awful maybe coz she could see m indian.This rating specifically for her and I wish I could have give 0 star .

There is an old white guy with glasses on who alwys give the worst + slowest services!!! Put away your attitude and porker face we are not own u anything! Better go retire if u don’t know how to face customers properly. Total ruining mood!

I went in yesterday extremely nervous bc I had to send something expensive overseas and I’d never done so before. A man named Peter went above and beyond to not only calm me but also help me wrap the gift. Never had better customer service in my entire life.

Little bit crowded. You should take a number at the entrance then proceed to counter. Help full staff. You can get boxes, covers and cards.

Always big queues. The post office starts to look like an Asian grocery store selling everything but post items. Very hard for visually impaired to move among all the shelves placed in the centre.

In store staff are lovely but the posties are terrible. Ignore all safe drop requests, including express delivery safe drop that literally said flowers on it (it was a gift and surprise - they were flowers). I work six/seven days a week so couldn’t collect it and literally had to go to work late so I could pick up my dead flowers a week later because it was just stressing me out. Looked like it had clearly been thrown around.

I went there to get a passport photograph. Well organized, got my number, it was called in matter of minutes, got my work done very quickly. The person who provided the service was good at customer service too.
