So far, great service!I have been in about 4 times in the last month. In addition to a multitude of phone calls always met with friendly professionalism!We'll blame my hubby changing his mind but the ladies are so accommodating, so helpful, so understanding and respectful of the decision making process of kitchen and vanity bench top choices!Highly recommend, quality products. Looking forward to seeing it installed!

I have used Whitsunday Marble and Granite a number of times and found them courteous, helpful and efficient. One side of our kitchen was damaged in cyclone Debbie and they went to a lot of trouble to source a similar marble to match the undamaged original. At first it appeared quite different but I was assured it would naturally mature to match. That is exactly what occurred. Great business. Thank you.

Initially we were pleased with Whitsunday Marble and Granite but after we brought a failure of the granite, seemingly due to poor workmanship, to their attention the poor service became apparent. At first they said they’d fix it, but they didn’t. Then they said they’d call me back, they didn’t. Now they won’t even answer the phone when I ring - I’ve been polite and patient every time I’ve called yet they still won’t do the right thing. Looks like the only option left is to take them to court! Beware - this mob can’t be trusted....

Used W.M. and Granite to install our kitchen tops an splashbacks, installed Friday 8th May.In two words brilliant service and installation.From the moment we chose the material till the time it waas installed, we could not have asked for better advice or service. Wouldd hav no problem in thorougly recommending them for any jobs they quoted on.You wont do any better anywhere else.
