MLG HEATING & VENTILATION

MLG came recommended but sadly failed to carry out the repairs to my fireplace. Many calls to his mobile failed. My advise - STEER CLEAR !!!

The fireplace was installed and leaked after the first bit of rain. MLG has two other attempts at fixing it (simply added more silicone each time) and then stopped answering our calls from various phones. We now have $5,000 of damages to fix (new gyprock ceiling, electrical repairs, new carpet and new fireplace and installation). Unbelievably unprofessional and dodgy.

Poor communication. Tried contacting this company for over 3 weeks and never received a returned phone call or email back.

*DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS *MLG is both unprofessional and unethical.We have a brand new heater that we paid $4500, 13 months ago, and it still doesn’t work.They are extremely quick to take your money, but after sales service is appalling. No priority given to customers who have already paid for work.Extremely poor communication, and when they did make contact there were many many many colourful excuses as to why they were unable to come out and complete the job.During winter we paid another $4500 (to second heater company) to install a split system for warmth over winter whilst we waited for MLG to fix the heater. To this day they still have not done.The whole experience has been incredibly painful, stressful and VERY costly, and we still have a heater that doesn’t work.*DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS *
