Uniquely these days ACERair do what they say they will do on the day and at the time they are to.Staff are always consultative, friendly, efficient and helpful.They actually care that the customer gets what they over and pay for, which is very unusual these days particularly amongst the building trades.Highly recommended

We used Acer air to repair our AC, unfortunately after finding the fault the tech left our unit unusable and when asked to come and put the unit back to its original state the general manager took no responsibility and refused to return. Poor service, poor company.

The installation was problematic with outlets installed in the wrong positions and the out-door unit piping through the wall leaving a gaping hole which has now led to mice etc entering the roof cavity. When called to address the issue, I was told they will charge for a service tech as it is 'past its installer warranty of 12 months'.This was for a new build! Buyer Beware.....

Technician arrived almost an hour late after I had specifically arranged to be home from work. I would have though it would be reasonable to get a phone call. also after the appointment was scheduled, unlike ,many companies, they did not confirm by email or SMS etc.I asked the technician how to pay and he said an invoice would be sent, Today, I received an email telling me payment is overdue. The attached invoice is dated 8 Feb 2022 payment due 15 Feb, However it is the first time I have seen the invoice. It is not in junk mail.The technician was supposed to send a quote for some adittional work however while that was mentioned it has not been sent.If I was going to replace the unit this is the last company I would use. They have serious administrative deficiencies.

We bought our renovated house about 4 years ago. During this past summer our air conditioning unit began to play up and I immediately contacted Airconditions Unley on the recommendation of a friend. They promptly arranged a tech to come out and look at the problem. The tech noted the issue but also took into account the purchase date and followed up if the unit was still under warranty, luckily for us it was. From this point a follow up was arranged, the unit fixed and working perfectly without me having to lift a finger. I could not recommend Airconditions Unley more. Great service, prompt results with no fuss.

Very poor service all round. The one thing they were supposed to do was just have a look and inspection of my Air-conditioner but from the day they had a look" my Air-conditioner hasn't functioned the same and the Air-conditioner was brand new only used a handful of times to save on electricity. A funny smell comes from when I turn it on like something might have been put into my Air-conditioner or something. Very unprofessional over the phone and through email aswell i already had some suspicion they were going to be unprofessional from the first correspondence but i didn't know it would leave me cold in the winter."
