Called them up to come for a quote and they gave me a time and date in 2 weeks time. They never followed up and never came. I tried to call them over 10 times on the morning they were suppose to come but they did not respond. Very unprofessional and disappointed. The least they could do was to give us a call if they could not come. We waited 2 weeks for them to give us a quote - wasted our time. Would not recommend.

I was one of the many people that was affected by both the March 2021 and March 2022 storms. I contacted many companies that proved to be unreliable, expensive and unprofessional. I contacted Boris after a word of mouth recommendation and reading his reviews. All reviews about Boris and his team were true and on point. Their work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail and quality workmanship made a very stressful experience somewhat worry free. My leaking roof caused damage to many areas of my ceiling, in different rooms of the house. Even creating an internal waterfall due to the amount of stormwater overflow that split my timber window architrave to have rain pour down my blind, my wall and leave a huge puddle of water on my dining room floor. I phoned the SES in fear and desperation that my roof would collapse only to be told on arrival they wouldn’t inspect my roof due to the wet weather safely concerns, whereas Boris was up on the roof and taking photos the very next day after the rain had stopped. His team even patched up a section of the garage on my neighbours roof as they noticed it was likely to collapse at some point and potentially hurt or cause damage to something else. Once all work was completed they cleaned up after themselves, asked me to check and advise if there were any other areas of concern for them to fix prior to leaving. I thanked them and said I was happy. They told me to reach out if anything unexpected arises. Boris phoned me early this week to follow up if I was happy with the completed work and to inform me that there will be more predicted storms within the coming days. He also advised as his team did to reach out and they would come back out if any issues arise. I couldn’t be happier for the time they took to repair my storm damaged roof and the amount of work they completed was value for money. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone for any roofing work/repairs. Thank you Boris and your team.

Boris and his guys have done a couple of repairs for us now. I have been pleased with the results each time. He doesn’t shy away for the difficult stuff either. I will not hesitate to use these guys again - they are the people I call for anything to do with our roof.

After a heavy downpour of rain, my house had a slight leak, Boris attended the property and inspected where the issue may have been. After a quick clean up of my gutters, and confirming there where no other issues, we havnt had a leak since. Boris was also kind enough not to charge us, even for his time of inspecting the property. He was great to deal with. Thanks again Boris!

I called Boris to come and look at my roof and give me a quote. On the agreed day he sends me a text 30 minutes before and says hes not well and going home will call me to organise a new time.He doesnt call nor text 2 weeks had passed. I messaged him hoping hes better and when he can come and look at my roof. Didnt bother to reply, and its been a week. I think he is plain out rude and very unprofessional. I would have preferred him call and say he cant be bothered, because thats what it looks like. Dont bother he is not a good man. Now he has replied to this message telling me he replied to my text , NO HE DIDNT and he never called, now I can also call him DISHONEST ,dont trust this man with a ten foot pole

Got the roof repaired earlier in the year and wanted to see how it holds up before writing a review. I'm happy to say that it has held up very well, even during one of the heaviest storms Sydney has seen in years! Price was very reasonable and Boris and his team were very professional. Thanks.

After finding roof leaking issues of my property, I called a few roofers for the roof maintenance, but only the Roofing Professionals Eastside answered my call immediately and made a site visit the following day. After checking my roof condition, they did the roof maintenance for me in a professional manner and provided me with photos showing the repaired areas with written description of the job. When I had doubts on one part of the repaired area due to my own carelessness, Boris came to site for a final check with me without any hassles. From the beginning to the end of the job, Boris communicated with me in a friendly and polite manner and was always happy to answer my questions. I'm happy with their service and won't hesitate in recommending them to my friends.

I truly highly recommend this company. From the initial communication to the quality finish of the workmanship it is rare to find a professional company like these guys. Dont be deterred by the communications being on Whats App. Boris is a professional because the quote was very detailed and the crew were very professional and considerate throughout the job. I have never recommended a company so much, but these guys deserve it.

Boris and his team are outstanding. He’s very responsive and is a great communicator. They’ve been all over fixing my new roof from another builder who did the wrong thing and Boris has been determined to get it right for us even though he’s fixing the work of others. I can recommend these guys highly enough. Guys like this deserve your business because they care about the outcome and offer fair value for money.
