Shocking service. Broken down equipment. Have been given the run around for over a year with two refurbished computer purchases.They both fell over before 3 months. Back and forward for fixing. Months would go by. Communication badly lacking and when messages are finally answered, told all sorts of rubbish. It is fixed, no it's not. Have to replace, because it can't be fixed. Oh now it's fixed.Customer without two computers for weeks and often months on end. Would get them back, they would break down almost instantly.Have given up. And have lost $1,600. Would go to fair trading, but don't think anyone could get blood out of a stone with this one.Trust and buy at your own risk.Have noticed he gives himself reviews and gets his family and friends to put positive reviews on as well.

Their service was less than satisfactory and left me for weeks without my computer. They also lost my power cord and when I asked for it, I was told that they didn't have it. I requested to have it replaced as they were responsible and after many rude messages I received a very old and dirty cord. A week after receiving the laptop back, I noticed that the problem started to reoccur. This company stuffed me around far too much. I would not recommend using their services.

DO NOT EVER BUY NOR TAKE THIS SHOP FOR ANY REPAIR OR PURCHASE. Sylvester Halasz owner has 4 fake profiles in facebook. Tara Hipwell has 3. Both are scammers. I paid $130 for an S2 Tablet 1/Aug until today 26/Aug NOTHING Arrives! I got more denials & more excuses! Fake people! Scammers and very dishonest! His best alibi is he is busy driving around from BLUE HAVEN to the MOON & BACK as TicTac!They have 1 poor ⭐ from 25 reviews & the rest might be scripted as both of these people are trying to act as customer & give fake reviews. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS NOR THE PEOPLE BEHIND THIS! NOT WORTHY!

Told me my laptop had a burnt out power connector and needed to be replaced. Failed to do so in the promised period so I asked for it back after no work had been done on it. He charged me for doing apparently nothing so I took it to another guy in Charmhaven who instantly diagnosed it as having no problem other than an overly flat battery. The laptop is fine. This bloke however wanted to replace my perfectly good with one old one with a missing key and charge me for the privilege.avoid this character like the plague.

Rubbish. The most rude, unprofessional experience ever. Sylvester not only professed to fix my phone in the 5 mins he had it (which it wasnt) then charged me $50 and proceeded to abuse me when I asked he have another look at it because it still wasn't fixed. Also, I reported him to Apple who confirmed he was NOT an APPROVED APPLE REPAIRER. SO BEWARE!!!

Silvester replaced my iMac's failed hard drive and uploaded the OS again. He had already recommended which HDD to purchase from a nearby trusted retailer, and my Mac was up and running later that night. He's very professional, communicates well and provides updates on the progress of repair. Really pleased to have met him and would recommend Apple Mac Experts to anyone on the Central Coast!

I had a great experience with Apple Mac Experts. My laptop was water damaged and black screened. Sylvester had it working in 15 mins and he was amazingly cheap. Will recommend anyone and will be back again if Neccesary

Bought a laptop which was fairly pricey but because it was from a mac company thought it would be worth the money. I was wrong. Within a day of purchase had big problems with loud sounds and freezes happening to the laptop when i watched videos. Messaged him and he didn’t reply for about a week or two after several messages. Said he would look at it and would be able about to fix in a week or so. TOOK 6 WEEKS! For a 2012 mac which cost 800$ after numerous messages and asking how it was going with mostly no replies. When he did reply he said he was ordering a part and would be ready next week... took 3 weeks after that before it was actually returned. I gave up on the laptop and put it away for a weeks weeks before i turned it on tried updating it and it wouldn't load. Took it to a different repairer who i trusted who said it has water damage and would cost 400$ to fix. Would not go there and definitely wouldn’t pay those high prices for the stuff that doesn't work well.

He went out of his way through the whole day to help me out and did whatever he could, nicest bloke and possibly the best customer service I have ever recieved. Would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with any it issues. He is also extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations and what he had to do helping me with more then even the issues I had hired him for. 11/10 experience, awesome owner and buisness
