Naked Skin Day Spa & Cocktail Lounge

I had a manicure and pedicure here with shellac on/off. It was slapped on and by the end off the day they edges were peeling off. Had to to Coolum the next day to get them totally re done! My lady in Melbs does a much better job….at a third of the price !

My daughter came in for an eyelash tint and curl. She was offered a complimentary eyebrow wax so that the staff member could post the photos to instagram.She did the tint first and then the curl. This is the opposite to how she has had it done every other place.When she got home and looked in the mirror, she realised the eyelashes neither looked tinted or curled. She had to go and buy some tint from a supermarket to do it herself the next day. An absolute waste of $95.The staff member spent most of her time doing the eyebrow wax, which my daughter didn’t even want in the first place. She also got wax in her eyelashes and had to use another solution to get the wax out. She was very bad at ripping the wax off, it was quite painful, more than usual and made her eyebrows too thin.A disaster of a visit and a total waste of money.If I could give zero stars I would.

I tried to email this but the email bounced saying your inbox is full.My friend and I got the 30 minute massage, 30 minute facial, eye lift treatment and a glass of bubbles. My massage was great but my friends was quite bad leaving her in pain. During the massage we could constantly hear the therapists trying to whisper to each other.You asked us to complete a form prior with problem areas, if the therapist isn't going to focus on that area, what is the point of asking? The facial was really nice but the plastic sheet underneath was very loud and ruined the relaxing atmosphere. They forgot to offer champagne, when they remembered we got flat and underwhelming champagne. The lady that had been doing the training at the front desk then said how are your bubbles ladies? Although it doesn't really have many bubbles". It blew my mind that we were served flat champagne on purpose. We weren't offered the eye lift cream

Last weekend my husband and I did a couples message. The service was superb! The girls were very professional, the lady I had identified I had a shoulder issue without me telling her and worked efficiently in helping loosen the knots. My husband has a bad back and his masseuse identified this and accommodated to his needs. We both floated away during our 1 hour session and were super pleased. Our cocktails after were amazing and it helped topped off our experience, I loved my French Martini and my husband his Old Fashioned. We will be back!

My daughter and her girlfriend received a spa pedicure here around 5 months ago. To date they still go on about how awesome this place is and how lovely the lady is and how she made them feel. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience with my wife. We had an hour long couples massage which was amazing. First time I've stood up pain free in a while. My wife then had her nails down which gave us time to enjoy a fruit tingle and a lemon cheesecake cocktail each. Her nails look beautiful. The service was absolutely amazing. Definitely need to holiday in the area again to experience again.

I was given a voucher by a very thoughtful friend for a hot stone massage.What an absolute treat! I was greeted by the lovely owner and had the pleasure of a 90 minute relaxing massage that soothed away the cares and demands of the last couple of hectic weeks.Thank you so much for such a calming and rejuvenating experience.I will be back, and I’ll also keep you in mind for that special gift idea.
