Michael is fantastic with his treatment, my son and I have both seen him regularly. They always manage to squeeze us in. I won't go anywhere else.

Great service. Got a bit of relief from shoulder problem... with goid strapping by Michael, do need more sessions but so far so good. Will be back.

Very happy with my treatment. My knee is improving. My therapist, Mr Rohit Nair works well with me explaining my therapy during the consult and what would benefit me at home.Kelmscott Physio is now my proffered Treatment Provider.

I had an initial appointment with the physio on Tuesday and the service was great and made another appointment for Thursday at 7AM with a different physiotherapist only to be called later that day and told that I need to have another initial appointment for a Saturday at 3PM since I hadn’t met this therapist with there being only 10 minutes difference between first and second sessions, I was confused that they wouldn’t take notes on clients and share with other therapists in the same clinic. The receptionist wasn’t negotiable or understanding at all. I had to cancel the appointment and was asked to leave feedback which I did and was never followed up on. Wouldn’t recommend or return.

I saw Michael. He is very thorough and his bedside manner was above standard. Will definitely be going to him again. Reception staff were lovely too.

I've just had my second treatment with Robb who is a lovely man and I was very surprised that each time I needed treatment, he sorted out my debilitating symptoms right away. I will be sending my husband along and our daughter and husband when they return from overseas. Thank you Robb for the wonderful treatment I received today.

I have been coming here for various physio needs over the years. The service is very efficient, friendly and health fund accredited. All the physiotherapists i have seen have been very professional, but thwir specialty depends on who you see.They are very knowledgeable with a variety of conditions, children, elderly and women's health. You can rely on them to refer you to specialists as required.There is a gym that books out very quickly, and various other activities like hydrotherapy sessions at the local pool. Other services include a good stock of taping, slings, pain relief cream, heat packs, shoes and other supplies.The remedial massage therapist here is one of the best i have seen and well worth the wait for an appointment.

Hydrotherapy sessions are excellent. A great way to improve mobility in a fun way with like minded people. Alana keep interest with ever changing activities.

I was having trouble with my knees and not only did the physiotherapist (Michael C.) help me get them back in to working order, he showed me how to look after them better in the long run.Great service, staff and facilities, would definitely recommend.

I have a fractured wrist and I need a especial wrist cover. I called in to see if they’ve got what I want what time they’re closing today and the lady said that they do have a couple of the same ones I need and told me to get there before 6. Got there around 5:50 because I finished work around 5:35. I saw the lady closing the doors and by the time I got to the door she was quickly getting in her car to leave. Also please change your working hours on google.
