Great customer service, A grade knowledge, friendly and helpful.Committed to helping build the individual and the community up around, they are always there to offer advice and to problem solve.Unlike other business', they have on numerous occasions down sold themselves on products myself and others wouldn't need or isn't recommended - which i applaud them for doing so. Making sure the customer isn't spending their hard earned money on uneccessary products.They seem to engage and assess the individuals needs and wants and adjust accordingly.Would recommend these guys for one of the friendliest and most helpful store and staff in the South East.Worth checking them out,10/10.

Some of the best customer service I've come across in a long time. Couriers misplaced my urgent parcel and Brandon followed up with a response to my email super quick and went out of his way to deliver to me so I could have a good experience with them. Experience was great and there is a lot that some companies could learn from the customer service experience I just received from you.
