Rooms very clean. Bed is amazing. Restaurant meals and breakfast excellent. Top sevice from Alex and Cameron. Great family business. Highly recommend and will return.

Service was great at check in and also dinner. Great help with providing maps and general advice. Outside deck for dinner was lovely. Food was excellentt, worth every cent. Very clean and neat compact room. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again if visiting.

The Avenue has clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms, great mattresses, and the new apartments are fantastic. We have stayed four times and have always been impressed.

The Avenue Inn
The Avenue Inn is located on the corner of Fourth Avenue and Melbourne Street in a quiet residential area a few hundred metres from the centre of town. The owners have done a lot of renovation in recent years and clearly take pride in high cleaning standards. Rooms 1 - 6 on Melbourne Street are very compact but the rooms on Fourth Avenue side are much more spacious (worth paying a few extra $ for).Reception and service is very friendly.The Restaurant is quite popular in town and after sampling breakfast here I can see why. The barista takes care in his craft and makes the pick of coffee in town compared to several others I tried.The Avenue Inn is a safe bet when staying in Naracoorte.

An excellent motel with recently refurbished rooms. Attached restaurant providing delicious fare. A great place to stay In Naracoorte.

The Avenue Inn
The rooms are newly renovated and well appointed.The bed was very warm and comfortable, including the pillows. I often get cold and need the extra blankets, but the fluffy quilt here was great.There is a little corner with kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Excellent inclusion of plates, bowls and cutlery meant I could have my own food. Complementary milk, water and tea/coffee were welcomed.The bathroom is clean and modern. Great overhead shower with plenty of pressure and temperature. Quality toiletries also provided.

The Avenue Inn
Staycation over the weekend for a wedding. Lovely frontline and restaurant staff (we love that they employed staff of diverse cultural background- great service and delicious specials). We enjoyed having our brekkie at the deck before checkout. Room is clean and has all that we need to have a comfortable rest. Will be back.
