We could not be more impressed with the service we received from Ford Warragul. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the Service Manger Ash went out of his way to help us out in a situation that could have potentially ruined our family holiday. I went in needing a part for my car, they were honest and straight forward. Gave me the cost price and also let me know where else I could try to see if I could get it cheaper. Also gave advice on the best local place for an auto touch-up as well. Cheers guys.

Bought my brand new FX4 Ranger at Warragul Ford. I dealt with Jacob who was great. Stayed back until 7pm on a Wednesday to do the deal. Car was in the yard and was happy to wait for my father in law to come and test drive it as well when it was past closure time. Couldn’t be happier with the new wheels!Thanks to the entire Warragul Ford team.

Bought an Everest from Warragul Ford 16months ago and Dealt with salesman: Bruce. Honestly, he depicts the PERFECT salesman!! I tried every single Everest in the range, both in the 3.2 and the 2L (that’s 6 test drives in different cars) then narrowed it down to the motor and started again with that motor. So a further 3 test drives! Every single time I came in for a test drive I was treated with a smile and they were only too happy to help!The aftercare service has been phenomenal, even though I’ve moved away and they have nothing to gain. Every time I call for advise or help, Brice is more than happy to help!Honestly couldn’t recommend them anymore!!!

I order some parts which was two fuel lines and I explained which ones they were but no they got the wrong ones and I had paid for a machinic to travel to my place in moe from pakenham to find out the parts were wrong so I lost my money for the machanic then had to spend more money to get the right parts then pay the machanic to come back

I needed a power steering oil switch , went to WCF and the spare parts bloke said i can't buy one without the hose ,, I had the switch my hand , i said why do I need the hose when all's that's wrong is the switch, so I went back to my car called coffee ford Dandenong, the bloke said no probs mate we have one for you , so drove to Dandenong and now all's good ,, needless to say I don't think much of Warragul city ford

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! This post is a long time coming but as a business owner myself, thought I would reserve judgement. I bought a Mustang Convertible 18 months ago, was told by the dealer principal we had the balance of $299 service pricing. That was to expire in 2025. The handover was nonexistent, I purchased a car for my son at Toyota and we’re made to feel like royalty, not here. The car didn’t have a service books and that took 3 months to finally get it. It was excuse after excuse. I went for my service only to find out that my car never had fixed pricing. Would I not have bought the car because of this? Never, but to outright lie just adds to the stereotype of car salesmen. BEWARE, my experience with WARRIGUL FORD WAS NOTHING SHORT OF ABYSMAL AND SO SO DISAPPOINTING.
