The Novacorr bed which I received last Wednesday is perfect! As someone who has a neurodegenerative condition and was having trouble sleeping because of the pain, I would highly recommend this bed. One of my friend's had a lay down on it, she also believes it is fantastic. The installer's were very professional and informative. It get's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me. Thank's Novacorr.

The bed and recliner are excellent in every way. Made to measure and cannot fault any part of either of these. The 2 delivering and installing and giving instructions to my son were absolutely lovely. Patient and discreet in their explanations. The mattress is just brilliant, and my son is sleeping so much better since having this bed/mattress. So very happy with the outcome of the order.

We have had an electric bed provided by Novacorr Healthcare for the last 10 years. The electric bed has been excellent and has greatly enhanced the quality of life of my eldest son who has cerebral palsy. Most recently we had a problem with the wireless controller and Novacorr provided excellent customer service to address the issue in a very prompt manner.

This company is amazing, from the first demonstration to the making of it and the delivery this has been 100% perfect. All the staff have been great a special thanks to Sally for going far and beyond for me. This chair is amazing, sturdy, comfy and strong. I would highly recommend Novacorr too everyone there that good after i brought my chair ive even brought a bed hand made for me. And last of all there pretty good on there prices too.Thanks again Novacorr

Even though I had to wait a while before receiving my new lift chair and bed, it was well worth the wait. My thanks to Novacorr who provided me with a ultra comfortable chair and bed. I had them for a fortnight and am impressed with the level of comfort and support they provide. Also I am no longer struggling to get in and out of bed at nighttime. Nighttime is no longer a time of struggle for me.

Navigating the medical equipment industry can be a real roller coaster, but Novacorr Healthcare made it so easy to get the equipment we needed, with minimum fuss. Great communications, easy delivery and set up, and the friendliest customer service team, from the moment we made contact with them, right down to the delivery/build team, who just made it such a positive experience. Coordinated through our NDIS plan, this has been so much easier than I ever thought possible. Thank you to everyone involved who helped us get our son settled in on his return from hospital.

Took 9 months and 7 trips back to them to get it as originally discussed. Absolutely hopeless customer service. Finally got a working chair only for the motor to burn out 3 months later.. they forgot that a bariatric chair needs a bariatric motor. Now waiting ages for that to be corrected.Many poor experiences with customer service and a business where one hand doesn’t talk to the other.
