Quite overpriced, $49 for gel removal with a file, some buffing and filing. They did put clear normal polish on but it wasn’t dry when the technician put my slippers back on.

Used to be good but not anymore after a recent visit. Nail artist Monica is inpatient, not welcoming and below standard service provided today. Charged $89 for a simple one color manicure without mentioning the price beforehand. Could not find a color that matches with my preferred color even though they stated ‘try everything to give something similar’ by the receptionist. Disgusted by the service. Absolutely not return to this store. Shame that used to be good. Not recommended. Please go to other nail salon!

Very unprofessional message experience. The room was messy and small. Oil product looks very cheap with an artificial aromatic. You can pay the same price for better services anywhere else. Not recommend!

Honey Mi were fantastic today.We arrived one hour early because we came from a small country town over two hours away and ensured that we had enough snacks and beverages while we waited. They also managed to squeeze my fiance in half an hour early.They also allowed me to use their phone as mine had no service to call the towing company to find out where my car was. I was stressed out and they were amazing. 11/10 service and the quality of my fiancés eyelashes were amazing. Thank you so much

My favourite nail salon in the CBD. The interior is neat and clean, and the atmosphere is super relaxing. You get a free beverage on arrival and the staff keep you informed on when your turn will be.It is a bit difficult to get an appointment in last minute as they get booked out quickly. I don’t feel like I’m being by rushed at this salon, and can take my time to decide which colour I want.

Top level service. I’m from the Gold Coast and my friend from Melbourne recommended this place. They are very detailed and don’t rush, the manager made sure I was happy with my color selection and offered to do some testing. Definitely not your average nail salon experience, this was great, 100% recommended.

Would not recommend. Don’t get me wrong, the eyelash technician is excellent, the customer service rep on the other hand is pretentious and not helpful at all.
