I have purchased numerous vehicles in my life - both from dealers or privately. I estimate conservatively 6 - 8 from dealers.Matt and his team were incredibly professional and knowledgeable and by far were the best experience to date. The whole process was so easy and enjoyable. I traded 2 vehicles for a second hand commodore they had in stock. I had been searching for this particular model for over 6 months and when it appeared at the dealership I approached Matt with my enquiry.From the very first interaction I sensed Matt’s honesty and felt completely comfortable with the way the deal unfolded. Matt was fair and incredibly knowledgeable about the Commodore I was looking to purchase. The vehicle was priced very competitively with others on the market at the same time. Matt was more than accomodating when I encountered some difficulties with the transfer of funds to secure the deal in a timely manner.Matt had mentioned prior to vehicle pickup he would service the vehicle and do whatever was needed to make the vehicle perfect. He more than achieved this, as when I first inspected the vehicle, there were items that were acceptable to me and in my opinion didn’t need fixing or replacing for me to complete the purchase (however Matt organised for these items to be rectified anyway).On the day of pickup the vehicle was presented as if it was brand new. Matt presented receipts for work that was completed (over and above what I expected).I was blown away with this as I was in the company of 2 of my sons and didn’t expect this level of effort. My sons on the trip home couldn’t stop talking about the un-veiling of the Commodore.These memories are priceless.Thankyou so much Matt (and team) for an amazing experience and I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending this dealership to my friends/family/associates/workmates.We will be purchasing another vehicle in the near future and Matt will definitely be the first phone call I make.In my honest opinion, a 5 star rating is nowhere near enough for this business.Well done guys and gals.James Perussich

Absolutely love my new car! Received amazing customer service from Josh who kept me updated (even on his day off) on when I would have my car. The car was nicely detailed before it was delivered to my home and runs perfectly. A huge thanks to Josh and the staff at Norris Used Cars! Definitely recommending to family and friends.

We needed to buy a car asap for our daughter, we found the MG dealership in Redcliffe who had used 21/22 model cars with low kms (nearly new) so we went there to buy one. Customer service was quite average considering we wanted a car straight away (and paid cash for it the same day). Was like the salesperson didn’t want to be there. When we picked the car up a few days later (no red bow, congratulations or a photo moment) it had been cleaned but not detail cleaned (there was still dirt and leaves in the boot space and dirt/dust in the door jams). Being my daughters first car she had no idea on how to set everything up or how to use the car (settings, devices etc) and wasn’t shown how to do this by the salesperson. They just drove the car out of the lot and handed her the keys after she had signed the paperwork and left her to her own devices. We had to figure it out when we got home. All in all it wasn’t a great experience. A little more effort by the sales staff would have been nice considering a newish car is not a small purchase.

A couple of years ago, at the end of Covid, I chose Norris Used Cars to purchase a ute for my daughter. The business had great reviews and the ute proved to be exactly as advertised. Dealing with Matt, especially with the complexities of Covid, was simple and stress free. Just recently I needed to confirm some details of the purchase and was unable to locate my documents. I called the office and the efficient receptionist passed a message on to Matt. A return phone call from Matt and from then on nothing was too much trouble! Within an hour I had everything I required. Thank you Matt and staff for ongoing excellent service. Highly recommended.

I would like give thanks to Josuha Albion and the staff who prepared my 2010 Hyundai Geats which is a Great little car and i am so vey happy with it and i am amazed how helpful everyone is at this dealership and a special thank you to Jarman Rowe who i personally have known and worked with at Nundah Mitsubishi many years ago starting in 2006 and is now the DealerPrincipal at Redcliffe and was sold on the deal right away and throughout the process everything was easy and i was welcomed back into the Norris where i worked for my last 11 years of employment and i will recommend anyone to come here first when looking for a new or used car,This Hyundai Getz is my Fifth car i have bought since 2004 and i plan to buy my next car from Redcliffe Mitsubishi and will be a EV Car next.MY Thanks and respect to Everyone who works at this Dealership.Barry Matthews
