I wanted to give recognition to the Lovely lady at self serve today at Glendale called Lorraine. I had my 7 month old strapped onto me at the front with a trolley full of groceries and she was helping me lift the bags into the trolley and kept asking if she could help in any way because she could see I was juggling a bit. She was absolutely beautiful and caring! I couldn’t speak more highly of her!

Awful experience with Coles online. Ordered a delivery which never came because they couldn’t find a delivery driver? Aswell as the process in getting a refund was long and tedious. Ordered the exact same delivery for the next day and this time with coles delivering instead of a partner driver and that delivery also didn’t arrive *shocker*. Both deliveries have been charged to my account and I am still waiting for a refund. Never ever order delivery with this store.

The young man the serviced me today was very nice & helpful . Don’t know his name but he was helping me with opal cards at the service desk . Nothing was a problem to him . Good customer service.
