We have used ccb previously and they were very good. We contacted them approximately 2 weeks ago for a quote. Still waiting, no call to advise of any problems. Will not use or recommend them again.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service, our expensive motorised outdoor blind keeps coming out of the tracks, wish we never bought this product, still waiting for it to be fixed.
