I got a pedicure for my sister's wedding and the lady doing my pedicure was way too rough when working on my cuticle. She went too deep, I started bleeding and a scab/sore was visible on the wedding day. I'm really disappointed.

I visit Jessie’s Nails at least once a month. I love the friendly staff and the exceptional service. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new place to receive their services.

This unexpected visit was so worth it, I previously visited a different nail salon in Concord with my siblings and we left extremely unsatisfied.When we walked in she showed us all the various designs and stock she had and was straightforward with something she could not do for us. I really appreciated this.She redid both of my sisters set. One girl would do the first half of the process and then the other girl would take over and complete the nail artistry. I like they took the time to ensure it was done really well and you can tell she cares about getting the job done right. All the nails were the same thickness and length. She said the other place made it so thick and uneven.When I went to pay expecting to pay full price for both sets she even reduced it because she said I already paid alot at the other salon so she will give me a discount this visit. So nice and considerate. I will definitely be returned and bringing my siblings here when we decide to go for a pamper.The only fault I can share is that we personally don't like the machines filing our nails because it hurts and it makes our cuticle bleed, this could be due to our first visit so our nail beds and cuticles were already sensitive. I always try to encourage nail artists to hand file our nails if they can as it's less invasive. It takes more time but we're always happy to pay for top quality and if it helps the wellbeing of our nails given it can be damaging.This place is under rated and hidden. So glad we came past this place by chance. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience and fixing our nails and giving us the results we are so happy with.

I left the nail salon with bleeding cuticles which were painful and swollen for hours after and there was also colour on all of my fingers around my nails. They didn't even apologise and made up excuses. I didn't bother asking for a discount for the bad service I received (and was not offered any either) even though it was an obvious bad quality job. Very disappointed, I will not be coming back here and will tell my family and friends the same as we live in this local area. The previous nail salon in this location was so much better (the owner and staff have obviously changed).

Clean and quick with reasonable price!

I got there 9:30. She told me 30 minute wait. 10:30 she scratched my nails and put them in water and told me to wait. I told her I had to go and she said sorry other lady have appointment. WHY TELL ME WAIT 30 MINUTES I WAIT 1 hour and you waste my time and scratch my nails. awful lady. Not the regular lady who is usually there. She lost a loyal customer. Don’t recommend wouldn’t go back.
