My favourite place to get my supplements! The staff there are very well educated and give great advice on the best product for me. I have used other Supplement stores previously where they haven't really had a clue or much knowledge on the products. They have always been super friendly and have tried to find an alternative if they don't have stock of what I like. It is always very clean and tidy when I go as well! Always a plus!

If I could give minus stars I would. The bloke in there accused me of doing the wrong thing like I was one of his own staff, rather than having a go at that guy who gave me the instructions to go to this store, he directed his frustrations at me.I do not take kindly to being accused of doing the wrong thing when I am just following the directive from another stores staff member.Very disappointing to have had this happen to me today, I have shopped at Supplement mart for a long time.Very poor on this persons side of things.

Do not go to this store, I’m serious I bought a protein powder that’s normally good and had a serve and there was something not right about the taste as I’ve had protein of this same brand before, so I called and explained and the guy agreed that something wasn’t right but he then handed me over to a girl and she straight out said it’s nothing she can do, I’m not happy and if I get sick I’m definitely calling my lawyer

Edit: Initially had the most terrible experience and was snubbed off. Ended up receiving a follow up to admit there was an error with their purchasing system. I was kept up to date throughout the entire resolution and received everything in a very quick timeframe. Great customer service and really appreciate Kaity’s help
