I don’t worry about billing anymore as Active Billing always complete our bill runs accurately. Previously we made the mistake of going with a billing software provider who didn’t back up their promises. Active Billing is different because they genuinely provide billing as a service. And they don’t force their customers into lock-in contracts. They do a good job, so why would I leave?? The lack of contract is a strong statement they are focussed on (and actually acheive) good outcomes for their customers!
