Adina Place Motel Apartments
It was okay - have stayed three times within a week. The rooms are old and in desperate need of a refurbish. They are clean but they are inadequate and their facilities are outdated and tired. Our last room had a spa bath with a shower over it - we are too old to negotiate that! Would never stay there again unless there was nothing else. On the upside the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location and owner is often working on-site and very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are old but they've remodeled and updated some. Balconies have great views of Launceston city. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and fun things to do. Parking is free. Clean property and I highly recommend this hotel.

Was close and handy to CBD and free bus etc. Staff very very helpful, friendly and efficient. Room clean and well set out but very rundown and needing repair. Washing machine did not work. Outside furniture was extremely dusty and needed a thorough clean before we could sit outside.

Staff member Karen Super helpful and lovely! Awesome views especially at night! Although dated, my studio accommodation was spotless and had everything I needed, the shower was good. I was a bit concerned it may be noisy, but I was very pleasantly surprised, had a great sleep, bed was clean and comfy! Definitely recommend for budget accommodation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Launceston. Our appartment was very clean and well presented and had everything we needed. Kelly was so friendly and welcomed us on arrival. I would highly recommend as the location was fabulous. Wonderful views of the City. Thank you.

We stayed 3 nights 1 week ago. Great friendly & helpful staff re recommending where to eat & sightsee etc.we only had the basic studio room, but it was all we needed. It was very clean, it had a balcony with fabulous view over Launceston. It is in a very good position to walk into cbd. A little hilly though!!!

Older style place but convenient location and good value for money. Staff are friendly and it was quiet and comfy. Washing up the coffee mug in the bathroom sink to avoid being fined was a little weird, but overall a good little place for our one night stay. Would stay again.

Good value for money, if you're on anything but the ground floor you'll probably have some nice views. The wife and I had a 3rd floor room and it overlooks the whole town.At this price in Launceston you're not going to get the world but the rooms are clean and the beds are good. There's also a coin laundromat on site so if you're doing some travelling like we were, it was a huge help.The staff were also lovely and very attentive. I would recommend for anyone on a budget that wants off road parking.

We have been here before and I still can't complain about anything with this place. The staff are extremely friendly and try to help with everything. The view is exquisite. Our room was a little small for 3 people but room had a kitchen and 2 bedrooms and balcony. There is onsite free parking. Highly recommend
