Really lovely people and services!! The store has been in Croydon for a very long time and the owner/pharmacist Mr Burns is always so kind to his customers. He even offered me complimentary JP services for several times. I really appreciate it and will come back more for prescriptions. Although the store is not as new and flashy like the other one around the corner, it is the service and people that wins me over! Highly recommended to anyone!!

Understands the stigma attached to people who need to be medicated etc! Has sympathy for sufferers of mental health issues and empathy for those who battle AOD problems....Great people who go above and beyond for the less fortunate and treat them no different to those who are a little bit better off...

Called by phone today 3/04/2023 looking for a particular prescription and Bryan was so welcoming and accommodating, not only was treated with respect and spoken to kindly, I can honestly say I have not had this treatment at my usual chemist, and will consider switching based on this first encounter alone. Nothing beats quality customer service, knowledge, and being treated with respect. Thank you
