Mini Masterminds Padstow

Attended the family open day yesterday and what an unbelievable experience. The presentation of this service is just beyond excellence.The professionalism from the tour I had was just extraordinary.They helped me so much with being a new mum and assisted with everything i asked and answewd even more then i imagined. The comforting experience to families was seen the whole day through with smiles and pure attentiveness was just so wonderful i thank the ladies so much for making my experience just so positive.The extra curricular activities this service has offer is just wonderful and i highly recommend mimi masterminds childcare. Its fantastic to see such a committed and well experienced team that works so well together and the activities that they had for families yesterday was such a rewarding opportunity to get the community together. Well done and hats off to the dedicated team right across for making yesterday's experience so enjoyable.

I would like to say what a wonderful and well organised Family Fun Day today was. This was one of the best family fun day I have come to and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming to my family and I. I enrolled my children today because of all the wonderful things they do. Keep up the great job! Can’t wait to officially start with Mini Masterminds.

We attended the family day today. Unquestionably, the facilities are very impressive and they offer lots of activities. However, I have a big concern about their management. Looks they are very commercial. They prioritise all enrolled families, but nicely asking others to wait in a long queue regardless how many babies these families have or the mum is pregnant or not. Also, their staff are very young, looks well trained on their roles and responsibilities? I have seen a staff tidies up toys on a table 3 times, but she completely ignore the food waste on this table every time? The waste is finally cleaned up by a management level staff. Clear responsibilities for every staff? Besides, there is no physical fence to separate small and large kids in the playground. Can't imagine mixing all ages kids playing together. All of above, I am asking myself whether we need a 5 day kids cafe or a genius long day care.

Thanks for welcoming our family to the open day, we had a ball! My 2 year old was in heaven :) Awesome new centre, tremendous team, really looking forward to attending this centre, so close to home and the area definitely needed this. Thanks again!

Padstow Mini Masterminds have gone above and beyond to assist me during a time of urgent need and I'm so thankful for their efficiency, communication and support in arranging a tour and spending additional time to explain everything. It's really evident that their staff are dedicated, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable in their systems and processes. A special thank you to Maisah in Head Office who has been so helpful and easy to deal with. It makes a huge difference to feel heard and to have been able to make an informed decision about enrolling my children with Mini Masterminds Padstow.Another special thank you to Amy who also went above and beyond to accommodate the tour and was so warm, friendly and welcoming. Amy explained everything so well and was more than happy to answer my many questions. She was so reassuring after negative experiences that I've had and has already provided me with trust in sending my children to their centre.As for the centre, I am blown away by the incredible facilities and resources, the layout, and how clean and tidy it is. Amy walked us through the entire centre and explained everything in detail.Thank you to Amy and Maisah so very much for your exceptional service and support you've already provided my family and I. I can't for my children to start!

I attended the open day today with my two young children. Immaculately presented service and program. We had a tour with educators and management, very professional and welcoming - staff were attentive and geniune.Overall positive experience!

We attended the open day today after our friends recommended Mini Masterminds to us and the whole family had an amazing time. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are to the highest quality, staff were friendly and accommodating and it reflects the excellent reputation Mini Masterminds has. Congrats on the new centre.

Just attended the open day!Wow what a amazing set up, everyone was so lovely and professional.My kids had a great time running around! We were able to get something to eat, drink, play with some animals and do some sports! Fantastic day out!

I went to attend their family fun day and they wouldn’t allow me to bring in my double pram with my newborn and 1 year old. My newborn was asleep in the bassinet and the staff there were telling me to hold both my kids and wait in the long queue to get in. Absolutely ridiculous. Next time you advertise something like this you should mention no prams allowed in!
