We have just purchased a new lounge from Plush Newcastle and where very lucky to have Elyse to guide us through our purchase. Elyse possess exceptional product knowledge and our overall experience was incredibly highlighted by her ability to communicate in an easy understanding manner with her never once pushing us and reassuring our decision’s were exactly meeting our needs. Plush Newcastle have ordered and provided me with the wrong couch and are hiding their heads in the sand about it. It's been over 6 weeks and I find out today that they closed the case back in December but didn't bother to contact me. The couch I've received was not what was discussed. $6,000 for something that is largely unusable.

We ordered our lounge in January and they said it would take 16 weeks. Nearly 20 weeks later we get a text saying it is due for delivery on Saturday and we have 48 hours to pay the balance. We paid the balance, sold and had our old lounge removed and changed all our plans to be home for delivery. We get a call the morning of the delivery from a call centre saying the lounge won’t be delivered today and it’s not even in the country. I then call the Newcastle Plush showroom, give them my details and a run down of what happened. The lady tells me it wasn’t delivered because we hadn’t paid the balance?? I gave her the receipt number, date and time of payment but she apparently couldn’t look it up. Our lounge which is paid in full, has taken over a month longer than anticipated, IS actually in the country and waiting to be delivered, but didn’t get put in the truck due to an outstanding balance….that is not outstanding!Such poor form. Don’t purchase from here if you want a smooth transaction.

Very happy with our sofa. Great experience with Plush. We came to Newcastle showroom on the last day of End of Financial Year Sale, so it was very busy. Nevertheless, Nigel made sure we got the attention and advice we needed to pick our perfect sofa, without making us feel rushed. Delivery was also great, Joe and Terry did a great job at putting it together for us. We look forward to using our sofa for many years. Thank you.

We were assisted by Nigel from the Newcastle showroom. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable with the different types of leathers to choose for the leather sofa we had picked out and which ones to choose that would be more durable. Definitely recommend anyone looking to invest in a quality made couch to check out Plush. The staff here are so helpful!

After ordering what we thought was the perfect sized modular sofa we were horrified to realise that it really needed to be longer on one side. Thinking that we would have to live with our mistake I rang Plush Newcastle to see if any solution was available. The staff reminded me that they have a Change of Heart" policy if you are not completely happy with your sofa. For the cost of around $100 freight
