Fadi's Hair

Worst customer service! I bought a groupon voucher for a cut and blow dry. Arrived for my appointment and was told Fadi was running a few minutes late. He was 25 minutes late! Then tried to charge me $$ extra just for a quick trim. Needless to say its been escalated to groupon & I got my money back. Sadly cannot recommend Fadi's at all.

I dont think too many straight men would go to this length .. but I no longer live in Brisbane but Ill still travel an hour from the Gold Coast because the cut I get is 5 x better at Fadi's than any barber or other hairdresser I've been .. I can't speak for women's haircuts .. but this is a place I've always been impressed by and have been a loyal customer for over 8 years.

I recently had my haircut at fadi's hair and was extremely disappointed in both the cut and fadi's response when I went back to let them know how I felt. Not only did I not receive the cut I wanted, my hair was burnt with the hair tongs and, after going home and washing out the waves that had been put in even though I said I liked it straight, I realised there was a blunt cut at the front on one side, when it was layered and feathered o n the other side.I didn't want to risk going back there to have it corrected so i paid a professional hairdresser to correct it.When I went back Fadi practically accused me of lying saying my hair looked longer than in the photo I showed him of the state of my hair after their cut. Not sure how that was meant to work. When I asked for half the money back he refused saying a refund wouldn't make me happy. I beg to differ.My advice, steer well clear of these cowboys

Gorgeous salon with plenty of wine! Fadi's prices were reasonable and his staff were lovely. Harley cut and coloured my hair and I couldn't be happier. He took great care and even broke a sweat trying to get things just right. I don't think I've ever had a hairdresser care so much. He's an absolute perfectionist and I'd just like to thank him for his hard work.

Fadi is a colour master. Had not been for a long time, and was great that he gave great tones. However, would be great if he used slightly more organic product and gentler lifter, to accommodate sensitivity.

Why would you go anywhere else? I mean, in the many years that I have been religiously getting pampered at Fadi's, on occasion (twice), I regret to say I have strayed, cheated and gone elsewhere, paid more and both times been TOTALLY disappointed. Do yourself a favour and just book now.

I went to Fadi's hair as my blonde colour from a previous hair dressing salon wàs tragic. I can not recommend Fadi enough, I'm so in love with my new hair. if your needing an expert on blonde then Fadi's Hair is your place.

Fadi is old school thorough stylist, cutter and amazing colourist. I have put him to the test from dark brown to blonde and everything (except red) in between. I am very fussy. He listens but will say too if he doesn’t think something will work. His pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend.
