We had our chlorinator and controller both fail. Went and spoke with Amy and Ivan in store who gave us a quote on the spot. Replaced with a new Vapure system in only a few days. Very friendly and efficient staff on site. Great company to deal with.

It is with pleasure that both myself an my wife want to let everyone know how good the service and support is from Ivan, Amy and the team at Poolwerx Ocean Reef.Recently we have needed to replace our coordinator cell, and get a new pool blanket. Ivan and Amy have really helped us out in getting us sorted with our needs. I have to say that they go the extra mile when it comes service in the shop, and with after sales support and service. Ivan did a pre purchase Inspection on the pool when i purchased my house and was super thorough looking after my interests, even when faced with challenging sellers.Post purchase have engaged Ivan and his team both in the shop and at my house and always a pleasure to deal with. Zodiac Chlorinator failed just after one year - I took it back to the pool shop in Claremont where I purchased it, thankfully it was covered under warranty. However, they would not exchange it, instead sent off an email to Zodiac. I contacted Zodiac after a week of hearing nothing. It would have been cheaper for me to purchase a new cell rather than wait. See photos of my pool below. Ivan of PoolWerx in Beaumaris was prompt at treating my pool, came when he said, tested all the equipment and swapped over the damaged cell for the replacement. The team in the shop are always helpful and polite. I will not be going anywhere else in the future. Green pool after one week of no cell, Clean pool after 4 days.

Fantastic customer service from Ivan & Amy. Ivan replaced our chlorinator within a few days of assessing the pool and was very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Ivan & Amy's business and we'll be using them as our pool people from now on. Thanks for your great service :)

Ivan, Dale and team from Poolwerx Ocean Reef have done a superb job installing a heat pump on my pool, new pool blanket, and generally getting us going and into the pool. They have delivered what and when they said they would. And not only that, but also predicted what the system would do on the pool down to the temperature it would hit and the hour it would happen--clearly they know their stuff. I'm very happy to support these locals. Thanks!

These guys are top notch . Always friendly and knowledgeable when they come around , great with dogs and kids which is important as I work away and so my wife feels really comfortable when they call … they do a great service and talk you through all your pools needs .. also if we ever have an issue or question regarding the pool we just pop down to their shop in Beaumaris and they are always happy to share advice and help in anyway they can Great local business ….very happy

I just had my swimming pool pump, filter and chlorinator replaced two days ago. My experience with Poolwerx Ocean Reef was positive and very satisfactory. I usually maintain my pool on my own but had to reach out for help with this bigger job. If anyone without a regular pool service is looking for help with their pools, these guys are definitely worth your shot.

Ivan is extremely responsive and provided great cost effective advice for a heat pump that works great with my pool setup. He and his team were flexible with the install and did a very professional job. Amy in the shop always provides good advice to keep everything running. The family is happily swimming in September. Highly recommend.
