First off the barber that I got assigned to could not speak English well at all. So when I showed him photos and explained what I wanted I had a feeling he was gonna screw it up, and looking back this was pretty evident. Anyway fast forward to the end of the haircut, the layering is absolutely terrible, my hair is lopsided because he did not thin or cut it properly. Took wayyyy too much off the top so now haircut looks bad, even after I told him multiple times using my fingers how much I wanted off the top, like he legit took off 4x the amount that I showed him. And he thinned it way too much as well. Also the chick at the reception just gave me a bad attitude.

Mat and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Got skin fade and comb over haircut and line style and the work was absolutely spot on. Highly recommend it

Staff had no regard for customer service or satisfaction. My haircut was rushed (2 minutes) and unprofessional. I was also overcharged as they *did not take eftpos*, thus being obliged to pay their shady *surcharge*.

I just witnessed the rudest haircut on my 16 year old son. I would not even give one star to this service, but the system forced a star in order to post! The barber was slamming his equipment during the hair cut. Would not make eye contact with my son, he obviously hates his job and does not want to be there. When my son asked to have his side burns faded at the end, he told him he should have asked for that at the start and was SO RUDE and disinterested.

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting my hair cut in this barber shop. No respect to the customer at all. The barber keeps on talking with the other barber aside in other language during the work, and sprays the water with very big pressure directly into my eyes. No apology at all and not even handing any tissue. Not caring about the customer’s feeling at all! The hair has been badly cut as well, both sides are uneven and there is an obvious gap in the fringe. That’s not over yet! Asking me to pay cash with the excuse of eftpos machine not working. I’ve got no cash with me and then the cashier takes the machine out and charges high surcharge (4%)! Never again!

Zac cut mine and my youngest sons hair - amazing attention to detail, great cuts and he was so good with a 2 year old that didn’t want his hair cut. Highly recommend

Never had a problem that, but sadly yesterday i had to go 8:30pm.This guy dindt listen me, made the worst cut ever and was rude all time.Im not cutting with him anymore.I have a wedding next week and probably im gonna have to wear a cap.It is not my problem if you tired bro, i was working since 7am and only have that time to cut my hair. Terrible experience!!

Looking at the review I decided to go to this place for a haircut. Upon arriving I told the guy that this is what I want using a picture of a haircut I have got earlier. Despite telling him along the way that what I want he kept on saying Yes yes but didn’t listen and didn’t the opposite. He wasn’t able to understand the instructions or the photo and told me that this is what he believes is a right hairstyle for me. I was not happy when I had clearly told him at the starting what I wanted. Upon ruining my hair I was offered a discount by the manager and I was happy to pay the full price for the haircut I wanted. Will look for somewhere else next time.
