I had a really bad experience at this jeweller. I wanted my bracelet repaired so I handed it in to the shop while the owner was away, and was told that I was going to get a phone call when he is back from his holidays. A month goes by and no words from him. I rang back and was told that he may need to order extra pearls for the repair, if I don't hear from him, then he would just do it with the pearls that he already has in store. I did not hear back from him assuming my bracelet being repaired. Another month goes by, I went into the shop to pick up the bracelet, he says he still hasn't had it repaired and would have to order extra pearls. Very bad communication!!! I told him that he could have told me that, and he said that the job is only very 'minor' and he had other more important things to do. Awful Awful Awful!!! Maybe work on your communication skill and be better next time please!

Nick was great. it's been a while since I had work done, but he was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Wish I still lived around the area, as he is my go to. Love your work!
