Lumus Imaging

I wish I had the name of the doctor responsible for my ultrasound. I was very nervous and even crying and he was absolutely kind, patient, and considerate. Friendly front staff, on time appointment, clean place. I would definitely recommend their service.

Went to Lumus at Oxley for my 93 year old father. All staff were polite and helpful. We had an issue with accessing blood tests and Will was exceptionally patient and helpful. During the CT scan, he was sincerely kind to my father who is frail and unsteady on his feet. It could have been an unpleasant experience, but instead it was a comforting one. Thanks, Will.

I’ve had a couple of facet joint injections with QDI Oxley team. They are fantastic, particularly Will and Dr Ben. They are both completely professional, with amazing communication and offering constant reassurance. I would always choose to come back to QDI Oxley and highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure in meeting with Will who walked me through every step of my CT scan which I had done for the first time. He was welcoming, polite and had my best interests at heart. Thank you Will!

Absolutely amazing! Very caring and professional, I’ve seen Dr Ben twice now and both times were good experiences. He has a high level of knowledge and understanding of his procedures and does them effortlessly, would highly recommend!!

Will is exceptional as a public relations person. They are hard to come by these days. He assured me from the vey beginning that I will have the best experience with Dr Ben treating me and not to worry as the procedure was very simple for Dr Ben. I know that the centre was very busy however it seemed as if I was the focus of attention. Will was not wrong as Dr Ben was everything that Will said that he is. He showed empathy, understanding and explained everything that he was doing and why. He even stepped out of his office when I was leaving to check if I was OK. Now that's what I call 5 star service with a smile

I had the worst ever experience at this e specific clinic in Oxley.Very bad customer service, inhuman kind of behaviour. Other people in the reception complaining of the same person (Nancy) receptionist and to get even worse a technician named Alex came yelling at the reception to say that they wouldn't see me because I was late 15 min (an accident on way). He justified it saying that I was rude to the reception. Thankfully there were several people that who could truly see who was rude. Really don't reccomend this clinic.

Yesterday was my second time with the Lumus Oxley branch, a last minute booking as another branch cancelled a day prior, to which I had already taken a day off work for with a follow-up specialist appointment the next day to go over the results.Luckily for me Lumus Oxley were able to fit me in as I needed to get the scan done within the week.First visit (2 months ago) was great, very polite and professional receptionist staff and female sonographer.Second visit (yesterday) I had a male technician Kevin perform my Morphology scan. With having to rebook I was now extremely nervous and stressed but Kevin was amazingly patient, professional and took the utmost care whilst conducting my scan.I could not fault this experience and can only highly recommend their services.Memorable experience at Lumus Oxley…

The team were all fantastic. Everyone was professional and went the extra mile to explain the ins and outs of my procedure which really put my mind at ease. The assistant comforted me throughout the procedure and was only too happy to answer all my questions and the doctor made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure which was really appreciated as I was very anxious.
