I found Kerrie to be very welcoming, informative and knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise. She helped me understand facets of nutrition I myself was unable to clarify or understand through endless amounts of google searching. I have been given valuable info to takeaway and continue to learn and grow. Her support throughout my 8 weeks was professional, caring and responsive to my needs. Most of all she is available for me to call upon in the future if I were to require her assistance.

I have been training with Kerrie for 5 years now, firstly in a group program and now 1:1. Her programs and sessions are highly professional and she is an absolute wealth of knowledge, not only around fitness but overall health and wellbeing, providing a holistic approach to every session to ensure I get what I want from them, and accommodating them to suit what I can or cannot do on a particular day. My daughter has recently started training with Kerrie too and feels very comfortable and well-supported in her sessions. Cannot recommend Kerrie highly enough.

I have been training with Kerrie for about 2 years now. I usually do 3 x Personal Training sessions a week. Kerrie is very experienced and has a wealth of fitness, nutrition and health knowledge. I have learnt so much from Kerrie. Kerrie is always generous with sharing her knowledge through chats during or after my training session, by sending me information by email and forwarding me podcasts that she thinks will be of interest to me or will help me achieve my fitness goals. Kerrie has a great gym set up with lots of equipment to keep things different, interesting and challenging. I highly recommend Kerrie to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

Kerrie's passion and motivation for health and fitness is infectious. I love the variety in her sessions and her ability to adapt to all situations (such as Zoom sessions in Covid19 restrictions). If you are not into the big gyms that do not care about you - you need to visit Kerrie's gym set up. A more personal and inviting environment to do your workouts.It's not all about losing weight. It's strength, it's health, it's conditioning your body to your own capabilities, it's about getting enough sleep. We work towards a healthy lifestyle..it's not about being on a diet and training hard for a long time every day. Kerrie works toward a healthy balance of exercise, sleep and nutrition. Would recommend highly you connect with Kerrie.
