Alchemy in Motion - Noosa Physiotherapy

I have been going to Alchemy in motion for the past 4 years. I have had several issues and have always been supported. The physiotherapist i have been seeing for the past three years or so is Kate Watts. Kate has been amazing for me and has been a major part of my recovery.

Having seen Rebecca for the last month and bit, my back and shoulder pain has reduced significantly. I am now back to carrying out my usual daily tasks and exercise without discomfort. I highly recommend Alchemy in Motion, great team and fantastic service. Thank you.

My wife and I have been seeing Kate for the past year for various injuries and concerns. We have seen dozens of physios over the years and have never come across a practitioner so knowledgeable, experienced and caring. Kate is exceptionally talented and strives to understand exactly what's going on for us in every single session. We always leave with a clear understanding of the path forward and feeling like we are in such good hands.Kate really goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about her patients. I recently sustained a major injury and Kate was instrumental in helping me navigate the process through to surgery. We couldn't recommend Kate and the team at Alchemy in Motion more highly - the service they provide is exceptional and we feel so grateful we found them!

Top class team of physios, occupational therapists etc make this probably the best of it's type in Noosa. It is a hive of activity. It also accesses custom dressings for post operative use. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place I was introduced By Laz from studio Pilates next door to Kate the physio who managed to steer me through a spinal bulge with severe nerve compression to 12 weeks later no nerve compression and only minor bulge Kates ability as a Physio is Outstanding if your are lucky enough get an apoointment with her you are blessed. I owe my ability to walk without the fear of falling to Kate and Laz for introducing me and I can't recommend them more highly I was also helped with massage by Mitch & Diet By Caren who are both excellent at what they do at alchemy in motion

Apart from being a highly skilled physio and completely delightful person, Kate's magic healing hands have radically improved my mobility in the few months I have been seeing her. A total star.

I have been seeing Kate, with mid back, neck and shoulder problems, since November 2019. She is friendly and caring whilst remaining extremely professional. Kate treats any issues accordingly, referring for appropriate scans if needed and I walk away from each session feeling great. She also advises me of my progress, when I can cut down on appointments or when she would recommend more appointments and she gives me exercises that are easy to do with no equipment.The reception staff at Alchemy In Motion are always friendly and happy to help with any appointments making or rearranging.I would (and have) highly recommend Kate and Alchemy In Motion to anyone suffering with injury’s or ongoing problems.

What a wonderful and amazing health provider. Rebecca has single handedly helped my wife back from a serious injury. She has given her great care, attention and treatment. Cannot fault the team at Alchemy. From Prenatal care to postpartum, Noosa pregnancy aqua and now a treatment for mastitis. It is an absolute non-negotiable in my eyes for pregnant and postpartum women. I have been seeing Zoe and every interaction is warm and caring and so professional.
