Ive been coming here for 5 years and have always recommended this place to others. However the last 6 months I have not been enjoying it. The old staff was what kept me here. I gave the new staff a few tries and im just not satisfied. You pay for 1 hour you leave after 45 minutes. I also asked for hard pressure, multiple times throughout however she just continued to rub the oil over my body. After 5 years, im sad to say ill be going somewhere else

I've been in a couple of times for myotherapy and couldn't be more pleased with the services. The therapists are knowledgeable and skilled. The massage tables and rooms are relaxing and very clean. The practice is professional and COVID safe.

Thank you Alise for the wonderful massage you provided (Sorry if am spelling your name wrong)Always important to communicate with the therapist what you are after - pressure you required, area that needs attention etc..Understand that this is Traditional Thai massage.My reasons for 5stars:Quality: She spent a lot of time on the areas where it needed the most using the pressure I needed. (I asked for a firm pressure)Price: In my opinion the prices are very good for the service you receive.Cleanliness: Linen were soft and are good quality.Will use the services again :)

UPDATE: I’ve been coming here for seven years now and it’s still great. An effective yet genuinely pleasant way to manage chronic neck tension.—Well trained staff, always friendly and polite, relaxing environment. I go here all the time, and have been coming here for nearly five years. Very happy to have a place i can feel comfortable to go as a trans person, where I can also be confident that the quality of the massage will be consistently excellent.

After coming here a few times and seeing different therapists I feel confident in giving Kosumpee Massage a 5 star review! I love coming here. I am so glad they offer the futon as I often find massage tables uncomfortable, with the futon I feel like I am at home in my own bed and can fully relax. The therapists here are kind, non-judgemental, and highly skilled in massage, you can tell they care for their clients. The price is very attractive too and therefore makes it affordable to be a regular customer. The space is clean and rooms are nicely heated so you don't get cold. Can't wait to come back again soon!

After multiple visits with my fiancé, this has become our favourite spot. The girls are consistent with their techniques. They use a lot of hot towels! (They don’t rub you down with 1 wet towel). Thanks guys! We’ll be back soon.

I had deep tissue massage on 04/06/2023. My friend recommended me there. I had very sore muscles. At first, my appointment was from 5pm till 6 pm. I was there on time but they started deep tissue massage @ 1715. and ended @ 1805. I got 10 minutes less . That girl who did my deep tissue massage tried her best. But she didn’t know about . Trigger points to get muscles relaxed.The management should give their best trained staff to their new customer. That was my first time there and even after having deep tissue massage my muscles were very sore. As I have to get deep tissue massage after every 2-3 weeks because of my hard work.
