We are very disappointed with Altas's service. We spoke to your office earlier in the week and requested that Atlas did not deliver the gas bottle heaters on Friday for the wedding on the Saturday, as we had another wedding on Friday.  I said Thursday or Saturday morning would be better.Your staff assured me that it would be fine and they would put the delivery as the first delivery Friday morning around 9amWe are very disappointed  that your delivery  team arrived at 11.05am just as the ceremony was supposed to start. As a result we had to delay the start of this couples wedding ceremony until your staff were finished.I spoke to the delivery driver and he said he did not have any instructions that this was to be the first delivery for the day. It was delivered last.This is totally unprofessional and  unacceptable practice by your  company and  extremely upsetting for us that your company has interrupted the wedding ceremony of our guests, given I had  made the effort to contact your office to avoid this exact situation occurring and we were given assurance by your staff that this situation would be avoided.We will not be recommending your business to any other of our weddings and events in the future.To say we are very unhappy is an understatement.

Big thank you to the guys at Atlas for providing the chairs for my partners funeral and helping to transform my back yard into a beautiful and comfortable area to celebrate his life and for people to say goodbye. I can't recommend them highly enough - great price, great people and great service.

We hired some chairs from Atlas in September 2017 for our daughters 5th birthday party. They were wonderful to deal with, so friendly and so so helpful. Even their delivery guy was lovely :) I would definitely recommend Atlas and now I know who to go to when I have another event.

Atlas have been absolutely fantastic - I will definitely be using them again.I called with a last minute request for a luncheon cutlery, glassware, crockery and chair request (2 days notice) for my grandmothers wake, and they were so helpful recommending different products and took so much of the guess work out of it. Really appreciate the care and attention provided by staff, and flexibility shown by the team.
