Aggressive overcharging on a small job. Mechanic ignored request to keep costs low: invoice nearly double! Unnecessary parts replacement & charging for time to ‘pack tools in service vehicle’. Never again!

Had full Motor, Propeller Shaft and Propeller installed to Masram 7.2. Webb Marine did an excellent job, liaised with external parties as required and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Very tidy installation of 10hp Yanmar Motor, that delivers excellent performance with vastly reduced noise to previous engine. Highly professional business with excellent employees that discuss options, listen to you the customer, delivering what you want, how you want it, to an excellent standard. Need your engine replaced and need new driveline, these are the people who can do the job right first time and you don't need to worry. Great job Webb Marine. What can i say. Have had many jobs done on my Black Watch 36 Twin Yanmar 6ly Ste Engines and my Luhrs32 Convertible before that with similar engines. The help and workmanship from Paul Webb and the mechanics has been very good . Always available with advise and very welcoming . With Yanmar engines and my ONAN generator they are extremely good.

Had a great response to semi-urgent situation (sea water pump spraying water over engine). Prompt arrival to assess, secure (from sinking!) the situation, then return the next morning to complete a major service and repair of sea water pump. Invoice detail re work done comprehensive. The mechanic, Nick, although junior was knowledgable, methodical, careful, worked cleanly and acted very professionally. Webb Marine have serviced my engine from new, and have always found them good to deal with. So, a very different experience from the one previous review. Happy to recommend.
