Lydia was able to lodge and compile what turned out to be a very difficult da application process with my local shire council. Without her help and professionalism this would still be an ongoing issue. Lydia was able to explain the necessary steps and subsequent changes required by council to get the works lodged. Lydia always made herself available and her communication was excellent.
