The team at this pharmacy are incredible. Service with a smile, so helpful and caring. You can message them through the website or phone them so you dont have to wait around. Sam is an absolute legend and always so kind. Keep on doing what you do because I come all the way from Newcastle to your pharmacy because of the service.

Kingswood Compounding Pharmacy
Usually fairly good but this mornings experience was not great.Walked in, walked past a staff member who I actually gave way to as she was walking down the aisle. No greeting, not even a smile. She actually looked sick so maybe that's why she didn't want to greet me? But I got what I needed and waited at the counter for a minute, but ended up walking out because the staff were to busy down the back chatting.What's the point of opening at 8am if you are just going to let your customers walk out without being served?

Called up in advance to check if the pharmacist only medicine that was recommended to my mum by her doctor was in stock, explained on the phone it was for my mother and was told that was fine and I can come pick it up whenever, when I got there I was obviously profiled by the female pharmacist and told that I needed to present a script in order for the medicine to be dispensed, explained that my mums doctor didn’t write a script as you don’t need one but she still refused to dispense it, absolute waste of time driving there, will never go back, had zero problems getting it elsewhere where I was treated 10x better and not profiled

Can’t leave zero stars or I would,they gave me the run around 3 times for the same script , went elsewhere and had no problem at all ,wish I knew about the other compound chemist months ago

I had a experience wherein the capsules I was prescribed were not working for me. But the owner of the company called me to talk about the problem and refunded me the product which wasn't working.It is very clear to me that the people at Kingswood care a lot about their patients and that their main goal is to support people with their illness and getting their prescriptions.I really valued the owner taking a good 15 mins of his day to call me and rectify the issue.

I wouldn't go to this chemist again if you paid me.Three times now they have refused to despence medication to me, when I've been to sick or unable to go to my usual pharmacy.

I got there at 1120am for a 1130am appt for a booster shot. It was midday when I got the shot. The staff were very rude and nonchalant. I wouldn't go back there. It was a horrible experience. I will never go back there again.
