Have been going to Back on Track for years for the usual ageing back issue and other body niggles. However, just recently I had a serious injury. Not only did the team at Back on Track look after me impeccably, but Roslyn’s knowledge of this injury has enabled me to recover so much quicker. I had issues activating my glutes and because I was offloading to the un-injured hamstring her EmScupt machine reducing the pain in my un-injured hamstring. Their facilities have new and update to equipment that has helped me recover substantially. Not only do they have the most up to date equipment, but their staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable. I have no hesitations in recommending their services.

After two years on back tightness, left side hip and lower back problems, came and visited Roslyn, big improvement very happy.
