Prices are competitive. However, would recommend not to trust their pest control promises. As when I picked up my stuff it was full of little cockroachs.

Great storage facility - clean, not smelly and secure. Customer service is faultless. Used National Storage whilst moving to Darwin from interstate, they made the whole process easy. Free trailer rental. Personalised keypad access. Trolleys and lifts available to help you move your things. Competitive prices. Would recommend.

Went to collect my parcel and it was inside a plastic bag with some short of Chinese food sauce, I open it hoping the inside ( a dress ) was fine but no, it was smelling horrible and disgusting really

Very happy with the facilityand service. The units are clean with trolleys available. Secure site with easy access. Staff were proffessional and helpful. Can definately recommend National Storage Coconut Grove and would use again.

-Really bad customer service- Over priced- Equipment provided to move things around inside the storage is badly mantained.- Bad value for money, look else where is my recomendation.

Woman in office was lost , she did not know what she was doing and lacked basic customer service.Did not greet me for over 5 minutes while standing two meters away in store.She was unsure of any of the boxesSat on her computer ignoring me while I waited to purchase until I decided to go to officeworks instead.
