It was a run around from the very beginning. I contacted them, was told someone had been assigned my case and they would be in contact shortly. I tried to call about 2 weeks later (assuming they were a busy firm and needed time to respond) and was told they would call me back but no one did. I called back a week later and this time they called me back later that day with several excuses. I feel like they would have done a fair job but the lack of communication lead me to change solicitors as buying a house alone is stressful enough without solicitors that won’t contact you.
