Had a problem last Friday at 3pm with my computer and needed some work sent by 5pm. I raced to Computer Depot, Mark and his team fixed my problem within an hour. It wasn't a big fix but I had no idea how to fix it, they did!! Brilliant service and cannot recommended highly enough.

Pricey plus customer interaction is average but fast and reasonable delivery of service .

I had a hardware issue with my less than 2 year old iPhoneI asked Apple customer support to book me in to see Computer Depot instead of the Apple store in city, as they were closer and easier for me to visitI was happy to hear prior to me going into the store that for my particular issue, no diagnostic fee would be chargedThe guy with the ginger/red hair who served me (my apologies if that comes across as offensive in anyway as I don't mean it in that way - I didn't get your name - and I wanted to identify you in some way) was very professional, knew exactly what he was talking about, diagnosed the issue very quickly, and let me know exactly what was going on in addition to how and when the issue would be addressed. I was in an out of the store very quickly that day, and came back the same week to the store to have the issue completely resolved.Overall, I was very satisfied with this service

Incompetent with zero customer concern or service. I called them this morning for IPhone X battery replacement. I was quoted $89 from a female employee so I though this is great and just around the corner and it could be done same day. Well it all went downhill from there.When I arrived it was all good. Then after spending 10 mins logging in the system and running diagnostics I was told it would be $119. I said I was quoted $89 but the response was we can’t do it for that we would lose money and I was shown a laminated piece of paper with pricing. The next response was I could pay the $119 or go somewhere else. Pretty poor service. No attempt to verify my story about being quoted $89 no interest in serving customers who live locally and wanted to support local business.Absolutely no apology for their mistake or acknowledgement that I had already lost time and money coming into the store it was all about them not losing money and my time on the phone, driving to the store and waiting was of zero importance. Take it or leave it we don’t care. Well I will now go to apple and pay $109, cheaper than $119 and get it done by a company that cares about their customers. I’m not commenting on their quality of work but if this is their attitude and the staff quoting customers over the phone cannot read their own price list what attention to detail would I get if I went ahead?Forget supporting this local business it’s just not worth the hassle, arrogant service or price premium. I will never go there again and I will share my experience with others so they are not “baited” to come in and then charged more it’s just not acceptable. Perhaps their business is strong and they don’t need new customers.

Thanks so much for helping me ‘unfroze’ my phone! So glad I didn’t choose to go into the Apple Store and wait for 50mins for someone to notice me for something that can be easily fixed by a professional! Thank you again :)

After the worst customer service experience at the Apple Store in Rundle Mall yesterday I walked out in disgust (they were 2 hours behind in their appointments). I drove to the Computer Depot parked out the front and was looked after by their professional experienced and knowledgeable staff in ten minutes. You are my go to Mac people from now on. Thank you.

super helpful and fast with repairing my macbook keyboard and mark is really friendly. only downside is its a bit difficult to get to with parking and a busy road.

Saved me $1000 in repairs by coming here instead of Apple. Great customer service and was fixed within 2 days of me bringing it in. Can’t ask for more than that. Highly recommend to anyone in any sort of computer trouble. Very professional and honest team and saved me time and money, will be back again. 10/10
