Great clothing selection in a range of sizes. The shoe section is a bit of a mess though. At least when you find shoes in your style and size they're very comfortable.

My dad was sent a text offering $10 voucher, when he went in store to buy some socks the girl said he had to spend a minimum of $49 or thereabouts. thanks for nothing rivers. Not good. Very misleading. He will never go back

Came in looking for shoes, not greeted despite young person near the door unpacking boxes, no service given despite being only people in store. Left and took our money elsewhere.

Closed early today why say your open till 5pm?

Always looks a bit of a mess. Suggest you try on clothes as the sizing on the labels seem to be all over the place. Shoes are comfy but all jumbled up at times.Take your time and have a good look thru racks else you could miss the hidden gems in both clothes and shoes.

Large range of men's and women's clothing, accessories and footwear. Casual, active wear and some pieces which could be appropriate as work wear. Only have a few fitting rooms, but I've never had to wait. Large selection and prices are cheaper than retail.

Fantastic shop with great clothes for the whole family. They have a wide variety of men's, woman's and children's clothing and shoes. I love shopping here as they have an excellent range of clothes and styles, whether you are looking for a smart casual look or a more formal look, you can always find it here. I shop a lot on the Online site and when you get the items, if they don't fit or the style doesn't suite. You can easily take the item to the store for an exchange or refund, with you proof of purchase within 30 days. The customer service is always excellent and staff are always helpful and friendly. Oh, did I mention that their sales are fantastic and you can always grab a bargain. I highly recommend this store, it is one of my favourite clothes stores.

Brought a pair of shoes from Rivers DFO Cairns 13th Feb 2022 started work a week later. Its the10th March 2022 and the shoes i purchased are already falling apart ....sole has broken on both heals with the rain in Cairns now water gets in ......only got the wear them for 2.5 weeks weeks and I am casual worker 30 hours a week. I would like to Thank the team for exchanging them without a problem

The sales lady was very helpful went out of her way to help me choose 2 items. She had empathy as I was in a wheelchair. God Bless her..
